How to Make the Bonbon

bonbon bracelet rainbow loom

If you are looking for an easy Rainbow Loom design, try the Bonbon.

We think this bracelet looks great with clear bands separating the colours, but you can use any colour you want.

I like it and its color but when i must do it, it doesnt look as good as that????.Maybe its beacause my bands were ugly. The colors are nice where did you buy them? Oh yeah on my 2nd attempt i got scared that my loom board might snap! I love it!

The tutorial didn’t show up on my screen, so I’m really bummed:( Anyways, beautiful bracelet design!

  4. Kes says:

How do you do the “cap” I can’t really see her doing it and mine just puts off when I try and do what ever the cap is :/

    • BMO says:

I think she means a CAPPING BAND, Kes… If you see all the other bracelet tutorials, most of them require a capping band.

This bracelet is easy. I made a holiday one that looks like peppermints. The swirls were red and white and the connections were one dark green and one light green thanks.

      Maddie, flawlessly excecuted.
This is like a Honeycomb bracelet but with double bands and the bands that connect each ‘Bonbon’.
Jasmine, there is a ‘Snow Cone Charm’ on this website I think you might be interested in.
      Great job again, Loom Love!

Hello! I’m from Philippines. I’m 11 years old. This site is so awesome. I’ll never get tired of making cool loom bracelets. Where do you buy Metal Hooks? I have so many hooks that are made with plastic or.. I don’t know!

BonBon! I adore this bracelet! I did mine red, orange, yellow, green, blue, pink and aqua! it sure is sweet!!!!

  13. Siobhan says:

From all the loom tutorials ive seen, you can do them all by hand without a loom. It also makes for a better bracelet that continues for the full length! Much more interesting to try and figure out the manual way rather than copying the tutorials

I love this i failed 4 times and finally mastered it! Here’s a tip, when you are at the end of one bonbon while looping pull out one of the looped bands to the side so its easier for your hook to get inside and put it back after! Love this bracelet it looks so good its even easier than the triple single try it i love it i hope u do to 🙂

    Hi,

I’m from England and got into loom bands a while ago and love making them, but recently I decided to make my own design. The design I made is very similar to this.

That’s about it I just wanted to point that out.

    Bye!

  18. Singaporean says:

This is an easy bracelet to make, the instructions are easy to follow and it looks awesome…But then I snapped 2 bands while making it. 🙁
