I don’t understand how to make the green part! Can you help me please, what did you do to make your carrots?

Just put your hook through the top orange part, then grab a green band with your hook. Pull it through, then when you have enough length, do a slip knot. Repeat 2 or 3 times with new bands, then snip at the length you want your sprigs to be. (BTW, this is the way I do it, not the way in the video, really. But it is quite similar.)
