I made the entire thing and did everything right. It looked good as I pulled it off the loom ,but the right side completely fell apart!

Every time I hook to make a braclet it messes up I can never make one braclet or charm right!!
I can make some bracelets and can only make to chatms the other have hoops of loom bands hanging out when followed the viedo
